We are so excited to be raising money for such an amazing cause. We all have a passion for aquatics and are committed to preventative water safety
Colin's Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that creates and supports programs that aid in preventing children from drowning. Despite numerous sources for water safety, the number of children who drown per year is staggering.
Meet the Team:
Brianna - Water has always been a large part of my life. From joining summer league at an early age, participating in USA Swimming and playing college water polo, I was always drawn to water sports. I continue to seek every opportunity to be outdoors in the water through activities such as water skiing, sailing, scuba diving, or relaxing on the beach! I truly believe in the importance of teaching young swimmers the lifelong joys water can bring to your life from an early age!
Erica - I have had a passion for aquatics and aquatic safety for as long as I can remember. I grew up swimming and lifeguard (still hold a certification). As a former community pool operator and swim instructor - safety became my top priority. I believe that teaching children to swim is one of the most valuable life skills.
Alex - Having grown up by the sea, water has been a major part of my childhood. Luckily I was pushed to learn to swim from being a young child and it fuelled my love for being in the water. From completing Royal Life Saving Society UK awards in high school to PADI diving certification as an adult my love for swimming and being in the water continues to be strong. It is so important that everyone has the opportunity to learn how to be safe in the water!
