This time last year, my family and friends supported me in raising awareness and funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. With your support, we raised thousands of dollars and I ran my last marathon...painfully and with great pride and committment.
This year, I chose COLIN'S HOPE.
I chose to help prevent drownings.
I chose to raise funds that will help Colin's Hope continue to provided education that prevents drownings.
I chose to challenge myself to swim 13.1 miles between August 16 and September 2. If you know me, you know I'm competitive and don't particulaly like swimming...why? Because I'm not good at it. This is a challenge!!
I chose to challenge you, my friends, to get a little uncomfortable with me. If you can, please donate to this cause. If you can't please share with those who can.
